Of the first 50 detached villas that have been built, only 7 are still available, but we can still offer you 3 models in different colors.

The Villa Lavanda model is a marvelous independent villa, all on one floor of 112.21 m² built. High ceiling with 3 high windows (look at the photos) in the living room (our clients say it’s got “a Flow” whatever that means!). Plots for this model vary in size from 553.64 to 555.06 m², and so do the prices.

If you prefer something bigger, we have two other models, Iris and Violeta, with two floors.

The Villa Iris model, with 141.32 m² built, has 3 bedrooms (one downstairs), 3 bathrooms, and 3 terraces upstairs. Plots for this model are from 531.38 m² to 580.79 m².

Sandy beaches are only 25 minutes by car, dozens to choose from, we even have a Natural Park (Puntas de Calnegre) 35 minutes away by car to enjoy the pure Mediterranean. There’s so much to visit, I wouldn’t know where to start!

There is also very convenient access to the motorway just 2 minutes away from the gate.

The little town of Purias has all the main services, just 4 minutes away by car from your home. You can find a few supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and coffee shops, take-away food, menú del día, hairdresser, car mechanic, hardware store, medical center, garden center, 3 banks, 2 schools, and I love buying at the typical weekly Sunday market, especially vegetables directly from La Huerta Murciana! There’s also a chiringuito for the hot summer evenings.

Only 8 minutes by car, you have “Parque Almenara” Mall, a big commercial center where you can find everything you need: clothes, food, furniture, home appliances, and even a cinema! Open 7 days a week.

In short, everything you need to live very comfortably with incredible weather without the hassle of the coast surrounding you during the summer months. There is a public medical center 2 minutes by car and a huge hospital in the city of Lorca, just in case.

You will also find that the cost of living in this part of Spain is inexpensive.

And an hour or less to the international airports of Murcia and Almería, less than two hours to a third one in Alicante, a much bigger one with destinations all over the world. In Lorca, there is a bus and train station. The high-velocity train will take you fast anywhere in Spain you want to visit; it will soon be working, I can’t wait.
